A water company that is ran out of a one room building with a partition to house the clerk for the upscale area of Hattiesburg? Garbage and junk is laying all around the building. The owner is very rude about taking payments after they are due and they are unable to provide proof of when a payment was made. 1 star is too many. These people keep cutting my apartments water of thinking it's some one else's. They do not take change and if you bill is late they make you pay the late and the next months bill even tho the bill is not due yet. The owner is rude and hateful I feel that this place is very unfriendly and the county should start a real water asst. in this area.for oak grove and Lamar county to be the best and brightest in the area this does not seem to reflex very well. ...read more

On June 26, 2014 I received a phone call at 6:23 a.m. from Charles Dixon stating that because I paid my bill late, he would be disconnecting my water on 6/30/14 first thing and charging me an additional $50.00 reconnect fee. If you pay it late it is a $5.00 late fee. On June 20th we went by the water company to pay our bill and was told payment could not be made because their computer system was down. He now is telling me I must pay my June bill even though I have not received it yet and he is not giving me until the due date to pay it. He is very, very rude! I have filed complaints with Public Service Commission in Jackson, MS This has got to stop!!
