I had a very bad experience at this particular Movie Rack, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that the Asst. Manager was all there is. No Corporate or District manager. In fact I was told that this Movie Rack in Alexander City was the only one the the entire U.S! All of this came about because someone didn't unlock my dvd rentals.
