I discovered George after doing an on line search for a mechanic that could help me out with my 2007 Mercedes Benz GL 450. I had just received an outrageous, very expensive quote from the Freehold MB dealership to "investigate" and repair a front suspension issue.Right from the start, George was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He took time to explain the way he would do things in simple terms that I could understand (I don't know much about repair). He was also sensitive to price issues in that he promised that he was only going to look at and fix things that needed to be fixed.Overall, George was able to fix my car for a price much cheaper that what the dealership would have charged me. He documented everything he did, showed me photos of the actual repair, and always kept me up to date with part ordering and status of repairs. I strongly recommend him for any services. He is so much better than the dealership. He will do a great job at a fair price

I can personally testify to the credibility, integrity, tenacity, and integrity of this business. Last weekend my car registered a check engine light - something you absolutely should never dismiss. My dealership wanted an exorbitant fee and worse, couldn't get me in for several days. I did my research and discovered MD & AR. Here's what happened: my car was seen and diagnosed rapidly; I was contacted via text every step of the way. When the diagnosis was final I was given a full report that was explained to me in detail. I picked up my car within 48 hours. My car was back to normal and I drove away with a smile on my face! My bank account was not empty and - I had a gift bag of Lindt Chocloate left on my console. I cannot rave enough about this business. THIS is the future of Auto Repair and Diagnostics!!! With a strong commitment to solving your car problem as rapidly and affordably as possible - this will be the only place I take my Mercedes in the future!

The mechanic not only diagnosed the problem but checked my vehicle to find ways of preventing future issues. He is totally honest about what services need to be performed and confirmed the particulars with the owner’s manual, dealer, and the internet to provide the best care possible. There are no surprises with price and it is always far less than the dealer’s. It was such a pleasure to bring a “clean” car home with the added bonus of chocolates he gives to say, “Thanks”.

George saved the life of my bmw 318i. I am from upstate NY about 5 hours away, and never thought anyone like him existed. I do not like other people working on my cars, I try to do everything myself. After talking to George about my car not running he had me do a couple checks and it turned out the valves were bent in the cylinder head. i sent him the cylinder head and drove down to pick it up when he was done. He did amazing work and now my car runs better then it has in a long time. I can not thank him enough for the help, patience and knowledge. If I ever have to send my car somewhere to get fixed it will be worth towing it to George.

George I cannot Thank you enough for all you have done for me and my Mercedes Benz S550. After taking my Mercedes to the dealership for all my maintenance services and paying top dollar. I was talking with one of my friends about the expense of maintenance, and he told me all about you. When I first spoke to you on the phone I knew I found GOLD. And once we started talking and you explained to me that I did not have to have my Mercedes serviced at the dealership to keep my vehicles warranty in effect. Then you took the time to show me all the information in the owners manual relating to this. And after you explained to me that you perform all your services with Original Mercedes Benz Parts and according to there guidelines. And then you gave me the Estimate for the Service I was due for and it was almost half the price of the dealership. With 3 Mecedes in the family. You have a new customer for all my Servic needs.

I was so greatful that I finally found someone I can trust to work on my cars. Mobile Diagnostic was lower than any dealership and George (the owner) fully explained all the work to me and even took pictures of all the bad parts in my car. Sincerely thankful!!!

My car was due for service B and I remember about a couple of months ago my wife handed me a paper that someone clip on the windshield wiper with a heading "Mobile Diagnostics". I took it out from the clove and dial the number printed in the calling card and all I get was a telephone company recording that the number may have been changed or disconnected. I google mobile diagnostic auto repair over the internet and called the number. As I was talking to George I found out that him and the guy who left the paper on my windshield has no working relation. I hesitated at first to make an appointment but after reading all the reviews a decided to give it try and I wasn't dissapointed. I was there the whole time while he was working on my car and George was very thorough and very knowledgeable. I thought i'll be bore waiting but I wasn't. In fact I learn a lot of stuff. Thank you again.

George is probably one of the best auto technicians in the area, if not all of Monmouth County! Repairs / maintenance on all of my cars cars were done at a fraction of the cost that dealers would have charged. George does his homework by calling dealers to obtain "their cost" first.
Trust me that his quote will come in under what a dealer would charge.
Your car will also come back clean as a whistle. No greasy paper mats with oil stains on them! George introduces a nice personal touch to his work, and takes his work very seriously. Providing exceptional client service is Gerge's motto! Where can you find that in an auto technician these days? George advertises as a master BMW technician, which he is. Pls. keep in mind however, that George repairs cars of all makes and models. I won't bring my cars to another technician.

I read a small post about this company and had to make a comment. When you have your car servised and the service manager tries to sell you many other services, how many of those are really necessary? This guy knows the truth and will be happy to tell you "you don't need this" as he smiles and know that he was honest with you.
How many companies do you know that actually use this as a business tactic?
