When I try to talk to a Repair man, I am told that all 3 in my area are out of town, and will not be back before closing time, this makes 4 days in a Row, in West Plains,MO. When I call the sears 800 number, I ask for customer service, and ask to talk to a Repair Man, they want a lot of Information, just to let me talk to a repair man, Now, the Customer service is trying to set up a Repair Appointment, and that is not what I want, When I tell the woman this, she says, Hold on, for a Moment, I will transfer you to a Repairman, at which the phone starts ringing and ringing and ringing and then I am Disconnected. As far as I am concerned this is not Good Customer Service, I have bought Kenmore and WhirlPool for years, but I will not buy anymore, If this is the way you will treat customers. ...read more
