I have been very pleased with the professionalism and concern for my needs exhibited by the folks working within the Waisner agency. Customer satisfaction is obviously at the forefront right alongside their ensuring I am properly protected insurance-wise and doing so at the most cost-effective manner possible. I have posted several positive reviews at various Web sites due to my desire to spread the word about a firm that truly desires to be of assistance to the consumer. My several decades with State Farm insurance as a whole has been positive and all their agents have been good, decent folks. I do give an extra "attaboy" to the Waisner agency for their excellent knowledge regarding the insurance part of life and their kindly manner towards their customer, me, who depends upon those knowledge holders to keep me well-protected at an affordable cost.
