It was great that they delivered, but they put several scratches in my floor while delivering my fridge, and they forgot a hose for the ice maker, and the ice bucket and told me that they would have it for me by Friday. (they delivered on Monday) Friday came and went and no hose or bucket. I had to call about the hose, and met up with them to get it, and was told that he forgot the ice bucket and I needed to get some tape to put around the hose for the icemaker. I'm a single mom, I have no idea how to do that. Two weeks since I got my fridge and I'm still waiting for an ice bucket with no call from them. I bought a refrigerator on January 26, unfortunately the item was not in stock and I was told that it would arrive on Feb. 9th. I recieved a call late on Feb 8th to tell me that due to the weather "it would be a couple of days until the frig arrived." I called after 3 days and was told there was no way to track my order because it was Saturday but I would get a call on Monday morning. No one called. Today I find out the refrigerator was never ordered and will not be in until March 12th. DO NOT buy anything from this store. I am cancelling my order. I was told I would receive a refund in 2 weeks. Now I don't have a refrigerator and they are making me wait t get my refund. Awful service!!!!! ...read more
