My experience at Strategic was really positive.\t\n\t\nThe pay is pretty much average for this type of work, although there are ways that as an employee-I can make a positive impact my paycheck. They offer a shift differential, bonus, giveaways and do things for their employees that most companies in this town don't do.\t\n\t\nI have worked at a lot of telemarketing "type" jobs, and this one is worth checking out. \t\n\t\nThey are small enough to not allow you to get lost in the shuffle, but big enough to have some decent perks if you work at least 30 hours a week.\t\n\t\nThe best part of this job is that I get to make my own hours. I essentially checkmark what 4 hour block I want, and I can work that. \t\n\t\nIt works out well for me and my kids.\t\n\t\nThey work for conservative/non profit organizations-and some are pretty far right leaning, but if you can get past that (or if you believe in those causes) then this is the perfect fit for you.\t\n\t\nMy experience overall was pretty positive-the Management is firm, but fair and work with each employee individually. \t\n\t\nI saw some really special things happening that made me proud that I worked here.\t\n\t\n ...read more
