I purchased a groupon for a haircut from flair for $39. Before I purchased it, I made sure I was able to book an appt that afternoon. Approx an hour after I made the purchase, I received a TEXT not a call from this business telling me that even though I was able to book an appt and purchase a $40 haircut, my appt was canceled. When I texted back to ask if there were any other times or if I could get a refund and I received NO response! It should also be noted that my phone calls went unanswered. No, I wouldn't recommend this place. Anyone who doesn't care enough about their clients that they can't even pick up the phone nor return a call won't care enough to pay attention to detail when cutting hair.
