Overcharged! I thought we would be saving money by using Clean but they have lots of charges that they dont tell you about when you sign up! You dont pay for what you use, you pay for a lot more! I am paying for twice the amount we use in our office, then we are paying bundle adjustmetn charges, bundle protect charges, energy charges, enviornmental charges, and THEN THEY INCREASED OUR PRICES without telling us. When we complained they lowered the price back down but this is a sleezy company. They will not let you out of a contract, not ever. They will sue you first. Clean Uniform significantly raised our prices without any notice. Problems with stains on linen and sheets, holes in sheets, linen smelling bad, being charged for more than we use. Even though we had poor quality linen, was overcharged, charged for budget protection, energy charges, enviornmental charges, bundle adjustment charges, replacement charges....the ways they came up with weays to charge us never ended!! We had constant complaints, when we finally were exhauseted from the problems and wanted to go with another more reputable company, Clean said they would sue us and tried to.
