First of all, the tall white guy (doorman Joe Johnson is complaining about) is a great guy. I have lived at the Maryland House Condominiums for the last 3 years and he is always wonderful. Sure, he sticks to the rules, but he is fair and honest and treats everyone the same. He also walks the grounds regularly and makes sure that everyone is safe. Shouldn't you want a person that is so dedicated working for you? It's because of Carl and the rest of the door people that make the Maryland House an enjoyable place. One of the worse apartment ever because one of the doorman (tall white guy) thinks he owns the place. I always try to avoid this guy coz he seems creepy. All he does is watch the surveilance all day. it is his job but he seems to go overboard with it. I just dont have a good experience with this place because of him always popping out of nowhere.
