Had a problem was trying to get help on to accommodate our not for profit that has had an account with Jefferson Bank for years...the local manager, Linda Mueller, was not only not helpful at all, after getting frustrated that I was asking for help told me she didn't make the rules but just enforced them and maybe I should take the account somewhere else. Because tthe banks employees are stupid, they want me to come into the bank for the FOURTH time and again enfoll for the THIRD time for on line banking even though I have been using it until it again blocked me out because the stpid emplyees can input the info correctly. Absolutely horrible. Took in a car to get the fuel pumped replaced and was highly overcharged for the part. Then got it back and had a fuel leak. Took it back to get the leek fixed and they charged me for a new locking ring, which wasnt damaged before we originally took it in. Worst mechanics ever. ...read more
