We LOVE John Caraker! If you're looking for a lawyers that is no bull, easy to understand, who takes the time to give you the straight talk about what you're getting into, Caraker is the man for you. He was for us! At no point did we see him check his watch for the next appointment, or 'check the meter' to try to charge us more. In the end, most bankruptcy attorneys are roughly the same cost, but Caraker gives it to your straight from the beginning - no hidden costs, no last minute surprises. Also - he seems to actually GET that you're broke! I'm amazed how many bankruptcy attorneys just don't understand that we don't have a lot of money! He never acted judge-y about our past bad decisions, and he made us feel at ease with the whole process, which is saying a lot for such a stressful thing. I was intentionally misled by Mr. Brad Harvey to secure this contract. Mr. Harvey guaranteed me the following items prior to me signing the contract: 1. A Guarantee that the ATM would do a minimum of 80 transaction per month, at no cost to my business. 2. Will bring more customers to my establishment when the machine is installed. 3. After the end of the contract period f % years, the machine would belong to my business. 4. Nationwide would provide me with a 10-foot banner on the side of the building to promote the ATM inside. 5. Mr. Harvey also provided me with a note stating that "If Jeff is very unhappy with the progress of the ATM. I Brad Harvey will relocate ATM to the best location within 2 weeks". I contact you back in October of 2011, concerning the ATM and Mr. Harvey. After my call to you, Mr. Harvey returned to my store to explain his position, and again stated that he would relocate the ATM; as of this writing I have not heard from Mr. Harvey again. ...read more
