I owned a house that I was interested in selling but had some very uncooperative tenants renting the house. I contacted Dan at the Property Hoarder and he worked with me (and my problem tenants)to assess the value of the house and make an offer. I felt that Dan really knows the real estate business and is very trustworthy. He was honest with me and made me a fair offer. This was a complicated transaction and Dan was experienced, flexible, and went above and beyond to make it work to the benefit of both of us.
