Its a great place to live! They have a great and dynamic front desk staff who are always ready for helping you with any issue that you mave have. My washer went out twice and i was offered to use another unit's washer for compensation until mine was fixed!! The maintenance team is great too and the tickets never go un-attended no matter how busy they are. Landscaping stays up to par thanks to Mr. George....he's awesome in keeping our grounds in tact! The landlord is has clinically diagnosed bi-polar disorder and anyone who voluntarily deals with him is in for a world of trouble.These people are quick to drag you to court (for no legitimate reason) and suck every dollar possible out of you. If nothing else make sure you fully understand their awful lease before you sign it. It can literally be compared to signing a contract with the devil. Only positive is that they only offer a month to month lease. I personally was in and out of there within 4 months flat. The loft style bed option is Free and was completely custom built by carpenters, it suspends from the ceiling creating more floor space for a love seat or television to fit underneath. There is also a Free granite desk option, installed on the wall of your choice. The hallways are granite with lighting that highlights hand painted artwork and mounted musical instruments placed throughout the common ways. All the unit numbers are also hand painted on.
