Horrible business ethics. I was in the process on closing on house that I had a deadline to close on so I wouldn't become homeless. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he showed up explained what they would have to do and then left with my email address and phone number telling me that they would have an estimate to me in a day or so. After a calling twice over the course of 5 days they told me they would have it to me right away. After 5 more days, I called again and he told me they were not going to give me an estimate for liability reasons. That is totally fine, but why couldn't he have called me told me that instead of making me wait almost 2 weeks. When I told him that I thought that was pretty shady business behavior, he said he didn't care what I thought. I own a business in Columbia myself and know exactly how word of mouth travels...hhhhmmmm. The house deal fell through because of this. May want to check the better business bureau on this guy........ ...read more
