Best tanning salon I've ever been to. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Also, I actually took the time to read all of the papers I was signing and I was never mislead. It was very clear to me that the memberships must be kept for 6 months and that if you cancel before those 6 months you will be charged a cancellation fee, after those 6 moths it is your responsibility to cancel your membership before your card is ran for the upcoming month. They are a little pricier than other tanning salons but that is because the quality of their products/services is higher than that of other tanning salons. I've had the same problem as the other person. Signed up for a 6 month membership. At 6 months it was cancelled, and I was charged for 2 more months. Called the business NUMEROUS times for a refund and never got a response. Also filed a complaint with BBB and they also didn't respond to them either. Completely ridiculous. ...read more

Worst tanning salon around!! Got a six month membership, they continued to charge me eight months later, when I asked why I was still being charged when my six month membership was up (and I had not been into the salon for over two months thinking my membership was up) they told me that a six month membership didn't exitst!
