You can’t trust this company! I used Jones and Jones to build my home. Even with a signed contract, Jones and Jones did not complete the work they agreed to do. It wasn’t until I brought in a lawyer did this company try to honor their contract. Also, on several occasions, they slipped in Extra Charges thinking I would not find them. When confronted they said “I don’t know how that happened”. The customer service from the office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! Jones and Jones is deceptive, dishonest, and unreliable. The final product is beautiful but the process getting here is NOT worth the stress this company caused me. I would not recommend them to anyone… unless you are a lawyer. ...read more

Apparently they are still marketing the pool "coming soon" but people that have lived her 3-5 years plus have heard it over and over and the timeline/requirements for the pool keep changing.One of the reasons we moved here and if I had known them what I know now I would NOT have moved here. Quality of the houses isn't the best either and response from builder isn't great.There are too many other properties with better quality for the price and that already have pools.I would pass. ...read more
