Bought a Portable Honda Generator. The salesman, Joe, doesn't anything about what he's selling, just as long he sells you something, He'll tell you "it's so easy to use, my wife can use it." I heard him use that same line on me and 2 other customers in the same hour. I tried to return the generator because the salesman didn't make sure that the generator would meet my equipment requirements. I had to have my own technician tell me I couldn't use my equipment with the generator I bought. I bring it back, and the owner said "No, returns." I didn't even use the generator, still brand new, gas still fresh. Being a certified jerk that he was, he tried to compare me buying a portable generator to and buying a new car. He said, "the generator is registered under my name. and that he would be able to sell it new." Come on, seriously. I don't remember going to the DMV and getting a title for a portable generator. Also, most new cars have a couple hundred miles on them from being test driven. If you want to be sold, and treated like a your customer satisfaction doesn't matter, then go to Ball Power Equipment for quality generators and power equipment with grade F horrible services. ...read more

Honesty and integrity are not part of this company and they have been ripping people off for 40 years. The place is a dump. Arctic Air did such an amazing job for my family! We purchased a new air conditioner and furnace and are beyond pleased with the professionalism we received and the work was flawless!
