Never in my life have I encountered such unprofessionalism. Not only was the owner, MARY, rude but was screaming and cursing at the employees while I was in the store. I feel horrible for the poor girl working. I hope she seeks employment elsewhere. I do not feel the prices are fair for the tanning packages or for the merchandise. Whatever you do, do not give this place your money. Run as far away as possible. The owner, Mary, is probably one of the most unprofessional owners I have ever spoken to. Well, didn't speak to because she REFUSED to talk to me and instead made her employee do so. I felt so bad for the girl. You are the owner and won't even take time to speak to a customer when they request to do so? That is the worst customer service I have ever heard of. Not only that, but the way she speaks to her staff is deplorable. Does treating an 18 year old girl like a pet make you feel more like a woman? There are other salons to choose from that are cheaper, cleaner, and the managers are actually customer driven...not driven by their pocketbooks. All in all, you can find a place where you don't want to retch from disgust. If I could give a zero I would. One piece of advice for Mary, be nice to your customers. There is NO excuse for using profanities toward your staff, especially when there are customers present. There have been numerous occasions where I have heard the owner's temper tantrums directed toward the staff, but my last visit I was beyond disgusted.
