We are new customers of the Rugen Team Investigations and already on the first service request, we're having issues. It's been a month since something has been served and we still have not gotten our affidavits back. Clients are upset with us because we're not getting them their affidavits on a timely matter. Rugen Team Investigations are hard to get a hold of and do not respond quickly enough. Definitely will not be using them anymore. ...read more
