There's a deceptive term used for both bank bookeepers, and casino card dealers alike; it's called STACKING-THE-DECK. Card dealers "shuffle" the cards in ways that benefit the house or a person(s). Banks "shuffle" charges in the same way. Online banking consumers can't see this via a home PC, only copies from the bank (which confuses many) can this be proven - if you have the patience to decipher it. It was a disturbing sight once I did. I'm debating whether or not to go to the press with this. Especially in light of the tactical response I got from the bank, once I brought it to their attention. I went into the bank with my 4 year old and 3 year old to cash a friends check. I waited in line for 25 minutes because I was not an account holder. People kept coming in and the bank tellers would say, "you're next! She has to wait!". They let 9 people go ahead of me. Even their precious account holders were shocked. 25 minutes and two cranky kids later she finally said it was my turn! Stood in line for 25 minutes for her to take 20 seconds to cash a check!
