Boveri Realty Group Llc

1.0

By Total Driving Instruction 1

I haven't dealt with such poor people skills in a very long time. I had left a message earlier in the day with the hope of scheduling an appointment to view some apartments. When I was called back, a very rude and moody woman greeted me. I believe it to be Christina Boveri, the founder of this farce of a company. Unable to tolerate such poor behavior and people skills I quickly ended the call. I will not deal with a such a rubbish company. Coming from the LES in Manhattan, the bar needs to be raised out here. If this is what Kansas City has to offer, then it is a very sad day indeed! Shame on you Boveri Realty Group. ...read more

The Oaks At Prairie View

Rented sight unseen, big mistake. Woke up to roaches, had them still after 3 months of poisonous spraying that left puddles of pesticides in the drawers and cabinets where we kept food and dishes. Smoke from downstairs pumped up into our place, making everything smell, and making us sick. Had to take son to ER for migraines developed from smoke, or mold, or the pesticides. Doesn't look like the pictures, and the management of course lies to cover their butts. Had to move for health reasons. Can't afford er visits with CT scans. Oh, and the water in the shower/bath was boiling hot or freezing cold, and changed on a whim. Dangerous and annoying as hell! ...read more

Lake Viking – Vacation within Reach

Located just one hour northeast of Kansas City, Lake Viking is a vacation truly within reach. A community with over 2300 acres is nestled around a clean, clear 630-acre man-made lake that will beckon you to put your feet up and stay for a while. Often referred to as an “Ozark-type lake” surrounded by hills and trees galore, Lake Viking features many natural coves. Much of its 19 miles of the well-maintained shoreline is protected from erosion by rocks. Residents and visitors enjoy fishing and wildlife, boating, swimming and exciting watersports. Whether you are looking for a permanent residence or a weekend, spring and summer vacation home, Lake Viking is a great option. Lake Viking as a way of life Are you ready to take the plunge? When you are on the lake, have you even noticed that life just seems to slow down? Spending quality time with family and friends takes priority. The calming sound of the water, the cool breeze, and breathtaking views remind you to relax your body and your mind. You can deepen your relationships and create memories to last a lifetime. Limiting your distractions and unplugging from your electronics and everyday life can refresh your mind and body. Owning a home on Lake Viking is like investing in your peace of mind. (yes, peace of mind can be bought!) Century 21 Crossroads Lake Viking Real Estate Crew The Century 21 Crossroads  Lake Viking Real Estate Crew has over 25 years of experience in real estate and interior design. With properties located directly on the lake featuring spectacular views, boat slips and amenities, to tier homes, located near the lake with boat access via community areas the perfect home is waiting for you. Ownership has its benefits One of the unique features  about Lake Viking is that it is entirely owned by private property owners. You won’t find any companies pushing for commercial development. There are currently approximately 1800 active lot owners. They are all members of the Viking Valley Association which employs a full-time lake management staff as well as security personnel. All members contribute with annual dues and occasional assessments that are approved each year by these members. Another added benefit is boating rights. Lake Viking is private and only allows lot owners to boat on the water. The lake won’t fill up with out of towners every weekend. Sharing the water with neighbors without the congestion of too many boats makes it that much more peaceful.  If you are looking for a small, tight-knit community, near the water but not far from the city, call on the Century 21 Crossroads Lake Viking Real Estate Crew to find you that perfect house. ...read more

Let’s Get Moving!

Are you ready to sell your home? Are you looking forward to finding your next house and turning it into your dream home? You may think you are ready, but there is a lot to get done before you can officially put your house on the market. Putting your best foot forward will help you maximize your sale price. Before moving- Clean, clean, clean It is officially time to start cleaning. Of course, you want your house to be spotless when potential buyers come through the door, but organizing is just as important. Clutter is your worst enemy when selling your home. Clutter is not just messy; it causes stress. It bombards our minds with excessive stimuli, making us feel anxious. It distracts us by drawing our attention away from what we need to focus on, and it makes it more difficult for us to relax both physically and mentally. This is not the feeling you want to invoke in buyers. Start decluttering your home by cleaning and organizing closets. Boxing up extra items for storage, a yard sale or to donate to charity will help others picture their items in your closet and will give you less work to do when you move. A good rule of thumb is to remove about half of what you have. Don’t skip your storage areas either. Organize your Christmas decorations so they are neatly boxed and stacked in the attic. Buyers can get a better feel for how much storage space there is when they can see the floor. Showcase your best features Think back to what you loved most about your home when you purchased it. Was it the big yard, the great sunlight through all the windows, the hardwood floors or the large kitchen? These features could be exactly what that next buyer is hoping to find. Showcasing your home’s unique features is the best way to make it stand out in a crowd. Too much decor or family photos can deter buyers from fulling appreciating these great features. Your goal is not to make it stark or sterile. You want to allow buyers to be able to create their own emotional connection and picture their family living there. Put your best foot forward It’s a smart idea also to check the systems in your home. A contract can quickly fall through when an unexpected issue arises during inspection and scares buyers off. Now is the time to schedule HVAC service, have your duct work cleaned, maintain your water heater, or resolve any plumbing issues. Resolving these issues before you place your house on the market will make the entire process much less stressful. The final element that will complete your home sale checklist is staging. Having a professional, like home stager and realtor, Anne Champ, create the best possible look and feel can make the biggest impact. You don’t want to distract buyers from the beauty and value in your home. Sprucing up your home can make a difference in your sale price. And don’t forget the outside. Create a good first impression, because you only get one. With spring around the corner, the hottest home sale months are on the horizon. All of these elements put together can help your property shine like a diamond for its marketing debut. You are now ready to get moving! ...read more
