I had the worst service with this company. I was disgusted by how long it took to get someone out to check my unit. The owner himself came out to replace parts and did a shotty job. I couldn't believe that the owner would do such terrible work. I was overcharged. I spent five hundred dollars for parts to be replaced. My unit still isn't working the way it should. I will never use this company again. Don't go with Awtrey Heating and Air go with a different company and save yourself money, time, and a lot of frustration. ...read more

My A/C was blowing warm air, it was the end of the day, I called to get an estimate for low freon b/c that's what I thought it was. The guys were getting ready to go home for the day, went out of their way to come by my house and made it to my home in less than a half an hour from making the call, (I had a sick toddler at home), had the a/c going cool in about 20 mins. A part had gone bad in the unit and they had the replacement part in the company vehicle even for my very old unit. No problems since and at a cost a single mom (me) could afford.
