They LIE to you about having officers on the property at all times. They give you a phone number and tell you that it is the Grove Police and they will come over whenever you call that number. Well, it's an on call number and they never answer it because the person who has the phone is just someone who works in the office and not a police officer. Thought somebody was in my house (lived by myself without roommates) and they didn't even send an officer over because they said that they "do not consider those types of situations as emergencies" and you're just "better off calling the police because what do you want us to do about it". The staff is EXTREMELY rude and will tell you anything you want to hear even if it isn't true. They lie when they say safety is their number one priority.
