This has got to be the worst bank in the history of the earth. Beyond that one of the worst run businesses ever. They lose deposits, their cards don't work most of the time, you can't get to money that you have in your account by any means. A local restaurant told me that there are days when no callaway bank card will work, as if their entire bank is out of money. It happens all of the time. Their can't answer questions about all the things wrong with the system, and then they get abusive. What happens to the money deposited there. Unbelievably bad experience! Everything was fine getting my loan, but when it came to paying it off, that's a whole different story! I paid the loan in full (early) only to receive several penalty charges. The charges didn't add up to much but they never contacted me saying there were such charges. Hence the fact I go to finance another purchase through a different lender only to find out my credit is screwed because of these mysterious charges from this so called reputible bank! I contacted Boulevard to find out what the problem was only to be treated like some kind of crook. I will never do business with this bank again and I strongly suggest no one else does either! They've really got a lot to learn when it comes to treating customers with dignity and respect! The only "crooks" they deal with are themselves! ...read more

Boulevard bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I do not reccomend Boulevard Bank to anyone. I made a mistake using these guys for a loan. When you pay your loan off they will hit you with hidden "closing the loan" fees and make up late fees. I even spoke to Mr. Rick Ringsdorf which is the vice president and explained what was going on. He must be the mask behind all these hidden fees because he was very mean and nasty over the phone and no help at all. He I could not beleive the customer service I recevied from Rick. I will stick with 5/3 Bank and Commerce bank and never use Boulevard again. I urge anyone who reads this review to not use Boulevard Bank its a scheme. ...read more
