Agree with previous review -- VERY unprofessional and degrading
Terrible experience. Stay away! They mishandled my credit card information, and when I tried to talk to the manager about my concerns, he berated me, hung up on me and then insulted me via email.
I ordered food through their website and selected "credit card swipe at door" as my payment method. When the delivery driver showed up, she did not have a card swiper, so -- as instructed by the manger -- she took my card information and sent it in a text message. Shame on me for letting that happen. After thinking about it the next day, I decided to email the manager about my concerns because text message is not exactly a secure payment method. I received no response. A few days later, I followed up with another email. He called within a few minutes, proceeded to berate me for insinuating he or his driver would steal my card info and then hung up on me. (For the record, I was not accusing him of stealing my info ... just concerned about credit card information being put into a text message where it could easily end up in the wrong hands.) After he hung up on me, I sent another email clarifying my concerns and telling him this payment practice was not compliant with PCI standards and that he might want to address it for future customers. He then told me he would like to "talk to my parents" (I'm 30-something), that I had a "penchant for drama" and should speak with counselors or the drama club at my junior high school. Funny, sure, but WOW. I could not believe a businessperson would treat a customer that way. I ended communication with him and have filed a complaint with the BBB. Steer clear, everyone.
unprofessional and degrading to women
This place is a joke. I placed an order at 11:26 and requested updates via email on the status of my order. The estimated delivery time was 45-50 minutes. An hour later, I called, as my order had not been updated to even show it was received by the restaurant. I called Tiger's Takeout (the number on the website) and a man answered by saying "YEP?" I inquired politely on the status of my order, he said they were very busy and someone was waiting for the food to be ready at the restaurant. He was very short with me, so I simply said "ok" and hung up. We then called the restaurant, Pepperjax, who said they had JUST received the order moments ago (over an hour after I placed the order). I called Tiger's Takeout again, and at no point did the man apologize for the delay or his dishonesty. He actually screamed into the phone "I'm getting raked over the coals by some f'ing b**** who doesn't understand I am doing the f'ing best I can" (he used the real expletives, of course) We then tried calling back to cancel our order (3 different phone numbers) the man wouldn't answer OR when he did, he acted like he couldn't hear us. When I received an email thanking my for my order, there was a survey requesting general feedback. When I clicked the link, it said the form was not found, and that it had been deleted by the owner. I have never had such an unpleasant interaction with someone in customer service in my entire life.

We get delivery from tigers takeout a few times a week and they are almost always on time, and their prices are the best in town.
