I can't give joe a good rating. I believe I have been stolen from. In August of 2010 I answered an advertisement to have my basement waterproofed. The product seemed to be just what I needed to fix my basement from water leaking in. In my trust for him I gave him a down payment of 4,400.00. Very little of the work has been done so far. A time was agreed to have it done the last week of Sept of 2010 My grandaughter lives in the house where the work was to be done.
