This facility can not be beat on value. The rates are lower than the big players and service is better. This location is convenient for me (i live accross 694 in mahtomedi) I have been using them off and on for years and haven't been disappointed yet. Just moved out for the third or fourth time. y had again over billed for an 'estimated' charge and didn't correct it, and did all this when they were asked to explain/correct it. They advertise themselves to be 'local and personal' but would not return a call, and took this abusive & completely exploitative approach in response to a reasonable request by a paid in full customer. In many, many years where I had occasion to rent moving equipment, vehicles or storage, I've never experience such a callous, cold & completely unjustified business behavior.
