This company does not guarantee their work and they do not refund $ for their complete inability to fulfill their obligations. I bought 50 leads from then 3 years ago and they still can't send adequate useable leads. last episode is their refusal to screen prospects for tile roofs. needless to say roofers can't use leads for hail damaged roofs with 2" hail..
