I did not order ANYTHING from this company. They played back a voice recording of someone who was not me! They told me it was me, meanwhile whoever they thought was me gave an address at which I've never even been in her order. Anyway, that aside, say they did make an honest mistake there, the rudeness is OFF THE CHART. Hung up on, screamed at, threatened . . . they're clearly out to intimidate your money away from you. I asked them to PLEASE hand my account over to collections so I could actually get this resolved as there is no reasonable communication to be had with these people. What I found most hilarious was their attempt to say I did a "charge back through Visa" on this account, whatever that means, and that Visa sided with them because, and I quote, "Visa recognized your voice on the recording." VISA RECOGNIZED MY VOICE? I think I'd have a bit more money in the bank if I was on a first name basis with . . . Visa, as she put it. I'm writing this review for one reason: they must be doing this because it works. And if you're out there dealing with this people and maybe a bit less stubborn than I am, I would like you to know that you are right, and they are lying, and they are trying to intimidate you. I don't even have words to say, They have taken over $1300.00 dollars from me, not going to lie, I have received the magazines, but not 1300 dollars worth! I could buy the whole magazine store for that! So once I found out that they were taking 3 payments out of my banking every month, I thought I would call and cancel, they were SO rude, yelled at me, then hung up on me!
