If I could give ZERO stars..I would. My daughter woke up in the morning with very puffy eyes, I waited it out to see if it would go down, and by 4pm that day they looked irritated and red, and still very swollen. I figured possibly pink eye, and since my clinic had no openings for the rest of the day I took her to MinuteClinic at CVS in WBL. BIG MISTAKE. The woman was awful and cold. She obviously did not like kids. My daughter was upset and crying a LOT because she did not want to go to the doctor, she wanted to be at her preschool(we had been planning to go to open house that night.), which I explained. At one point the woman literally told my 2 year old daughter that if she did not stop crying so loud she would have to open the door because it is too small of a room. I was apalled she would even talk to a 2 year old the way she did, and ANGRY she talked to MY DAUGHTER that way. Never again will I be attending a MinuteClinic. ...read more
