The teachers/owners are very committed to helping children succeed. We have three girls who all attended Cliff Lake and have all been very well prepared and at the top of their class in all skills. They work very hard with the children to teach them at their highest intellectual level. We even sent our older children back for half of the summer to continue a math program a level above their current grade. They are loving, caring and excellent teachers! It's been a wonderful child care center for my son. The personnel are so attentive to his needs, and I love the pictures and notes that I receive from the staff telling me how his days go. He loves going to daycare which I know is because of the teachers and staff at this center. I highly recommend New Horizon Academy! ...read more

I picked up my son twice there and he wasn't changed in a 4 hr period and he was poopy 2 days in a row. I also saw a teacher giving a child a lengthy timeout, when I pointed it out, she said Oh I totally forgot. The managers care more about your $ than you or your kids and are fake to your face.
