I have never encountered two more Rude and Unprofessional staff then Amanda and Alyssa who have treated so poorly. Never have I had to talk to such mean women. Wait times from a half an hour to an hour on phone . Mark in charge of Management has done nothing to Amend this as promised. Even other employees have said they have received numerous complaints about unprofessional behavior and similar stories. A 1.0 is being too generous. Tweet, spread the word. This may not have been the most friendly pharmacy in the past, partially due to technicians who didn't seem to have a good grasp on the job at hand, but with a couple new pharmacists in the mix, it has really turned around. And from my own experience, if you have trouble communicating with the pharmacists, it is often because you have misunderstood something that your Dr. had told you in which they were incorrect or misled you, or because you are too arrogant or fixated on what you think is best for you to actually be receptive to the pharmacist's knowledge and expertise. ...read more

I like to support Lloyd's because it's one of the few remaining independents, and I've been going there for years. I have never had any trouble with prescriptions and appreciate they can handle compounding. But I have never ever had friendly service in person or even in a simple phone call in all the years I've been going there. ...read more
