PCS was wonderful to work with. Our home had roof, siding, gutter & porch damage due to a hail storm. We met with 3 contractors; PCS offered the best pricing and one stop shopping package. Working with insurance companies can be difficult & stressful, however PCS made the process seem easy. The staff was very knowledgeable and kept us informed each step of the way through the entire project. When issues/questions came up, Josh was quick with response and resolution. Last August, our home was hit by a storm that produced large hail. Many contractors knocked on our door to solicit business, but we call PCS Residential because we knew they were local. We couldn't be happier, our representative, Josh was very thorough, and professional. The insurance company compensated us for everything he said they would. The entire experience was fantastic, all the way down to the quality of the workmanship. I can't imagine this process being as positive of an experience without the help of Josh and PCS. Everytime we need something fixed they take their time and do whenever it is convient for them. For example, we needed out deck fixed took over 2 weeks, dish washer and screen door were broken and it took them months to fix. Now our pipe in the kitchen is broken and they are not returning our calls. We have been renters over 2 years. I am ready to just leave. ...read more
