The thing that really impresses me is that I've stopped by some of the time basically for advice, and they've given me that advice without charge or bias. Then there's the little stuff, like I was rotating my own tires and couldn't break loose the lug nuts. I asked them to do it, expecting a (small) fee - but Tom said "nah, we don't need to charge you for that"'. We had a transmission that was slipping went in to them for a rebuilt that had a 30 day warranty. That transmission burned up in 3 days 150 miles they had us bring in our old tranny and rebuilt it in a day. We put that in and 20 days later here we are again with a transmission that doesnt work. We asked for our money back and the owner said just pull the transmission and bring it back and we will talk. Tomorrow our 30 day warranty is up because he didnt extend it from the first time his work came back. If anyone has any advice please email me levismom372@aol.com.
