As a small business owner I like to find a good deal so when my truck needed a transmission I was shopping around to see who would do the rebuild for me, The man answering the phone was disrespectful, rude and didnt have the time to talk , upon further review with the better buisness beauro, their ads claim 30 yrs in buisness, when the bbb sais 21 yrs, huh, F ing horrible customer service, and IM GLAD I AM NOT SPENDING MY MONEY OR TIME WITH SOMEONE WHOME CLEARLY DOESNT WANT MY BUISNESS, I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I will not pay for rudeness and lack of interest in my buisness, Ps as a small business owner working on cars and trucks I will not be referring this business to any of my customers thanks for reading good luck !! ...read more

The thing that really impresses me is that I've stopped by some of the time basically for advice, and they've given me that advice without charge or bias. Then there's the little stuff, like I was rotating my own tires and couldn't break loose the lug nuts. I asked them to do it, expecting a (small) fee - but Tom said "nah, we don't need to charge you for that"'.
