I called around town to schedule some mild tuning for my older model Suzuki GSXR750, eventually deciding upon Kline based on my service dept. telephone call. When I arrived and attempted to politely and courteously speak with Kevin (the service manager), I was given 'the runaround' and basically 'blown off' after only a brief conversation with him. After subsequently watching Kevin roll his eyes, look at the ground and shake his head with less customer enthusiasm than the previous roll/shake, he continued to make things more difficult by repeating things such as 'if I have a tech go in there...' or 'if I have to clean something...". First, Kevin told me the cost would start at 150 dollars to simply look at it, that would be great, I said, lets do that and go from there. Next Kevin said it would be 500 dollars if we have to remove the carburators, which is why I wanted the 'professionals' to look at it. Service departments should offer Service, right?
