I have never been treated so bad in my entire life by a business. I went in and an employee just yelled clear across the salon that tey were full and if I did not have an appointment to go some where else. My family and I have been going there for over 6 years and to be treated this way where I was yelled at across the entire salon and everyone stopped talking to look at me was so unprofessional. The treatment by management and Jenny the mamager has gone down hill this last year They need to take off their door the sign WALK IN WELCOMED and place if you do not have an appoint ment do not enter. I doubt everyone there in the salon at that time had an appointment. But to yell instead of saying it could be an hour wait do you want to wait or come back. Very UNPROFESSIONAL will never return and nor will my family and everyone i can tell not to. ...read more

There customer service is terrible they don't greet you, rude. Be careful their pedicure chairs are dirty and have skin floating in them. Not very clean ...read more
