I will never return to Sun Beauty Supply! After waiting 15 minutes to be helped (while the woman behind the counter screamed at her son on the phone who was pleading her to bail him out of jail!) I purchased a high end weft of remi hair. I asked if I could return the item if it did not match the intended recipient. I was told, "yes, no problem." Upon returning to the store and requesting a refund, the beyond rude woman behind the counter refused to take the unopened item back. Unhelpful and unprofessional! I'VE KNOWN RICKY SINCE HE STARTED THERE AND HE GAVE ME MY FIRST TAT THE DAY HE STARTED THERE AND IT STILL HAS SO MUCH COLOR AND IS QUALITY. THREE YEARS LATER I GOT ANOTHER ONE FROM HIM WHICH TOPPED THE LAST ONE, ALTHOUGH I LOVE THEM BOTH! I MOVED TO ST.
