I rented a property from Kelly. While I lived in this property the toilet had major issues and she basically blamed me at first that I took big dumps. Not the case. Then she had her husband come over to fix it after about a month of issues and didn't call a plumber. No surprise he couldn't fix it. Turns out there were issues with their plumbing and the city. Then I moved out and Kelly told me she'd take care of the Xcel Energy bill ownership and she didn't. For a year I was receiving mail to the old apartment from collections that I owed money to Xcel. They finally got ahold of me by phone and now Kelly refuses to pay and keeps saying she needs to wait for the bill which they have sent out multiple times and she neglects to even give it to me.
