Booked only one night to stay with my family for Sisters Wedding but I would NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. This hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and a professional staff . They told me one price on the phone and then when I arrived told me a different price. It was only $20 more so I just paid it. There was no heat in our room and staff were not forthcoming in helping when I complained. They dismissed my complaint as though it was a regular part of their day. No room change, No Money back, No apology! I could never go back to this Holiday Inn. IF had to go back to St. Cloud again I would rather sleep in the car, It would probably be warmer. ...read more
