Expected me to wait at airport for 1.75 hours for a shuttle after flight was delayed, and refused a refund. Verbally abusive customer service!!! I arrived 10 minutes late because of a flight delay. The shuttle left without me, which is understandable. However, I received a voicemail saying that the next available shuttle would be almost 2 hours later, getting me home at 1:15am! I called customer service multiple times to see what could be done and only got a messaging machine. I decided to take a taxi since I had to get home. Two days later when I called to ask for a refund, the manager quickly became irate. I had to ask him several times to stop yelling at me and let me speak. He was extremely rude and abusive. I was very upset by his belligerent and angry manner. Customers should never be yelled at, period. He was SO mean! They offered me a free ride next time, but I don't want to ride with them again! It looks like you need moer stars-Let me help advertise your agency to the great North. The Pine River-Backus Food Shelf is having their first Fund Raiser in 30 years. It is a "Soup's On" luncheon. We need to have some awesome raffle items to draw people to the event. I saw your trip to Laughlin advertised. It would be great if you would donate a trip for us to raffle. It would an opportunity for you be recognized in Ads and display your concern and involvement north of Brainerd. We gave out 109,722 pounds of food in 2012.
