We used this bus service for after our wedding. We had about a 20 minute drive from the reception to the hotel. The bus driver ended up taking us the opposite direction from the hotel. Ended up being a 1.5 hour ride. The company didn't apologize for the mishap and blamed me, the groom, for not correcting the bus driver. I guess I figured the bus driver could follow the one road he had to take in the correct direction...my bad. Then, they charged us $75 because supposedly somebody had a cigarette on the bus. These guys are outstanding...They go out of their way to offer incredible service. My plane was running late and they pleasantly waited for me, welcoming me with a smile, even letting me use their cell phone as my battery had died. I highly recommend them! ...read more
