I have to say that this is the worst experience I've ever had with a printing company. I did one order of stationery through Sunray Printing. I was promised deadlines that were never kept and pricing that went back and forth. My phone calls were left unanswered (unless I called from a different phone line), my messages were left unreturned. Half of the order was shipped to an entirely different company (then I had to go retrieve them myself). I was flat out lied to by the owner. I am nervous that I now lost one of my biggest clients because of their irresponsible and careless actions. I am not the kind of person that enjoys leaving these reviews, but I sincerely do not want anyone have to experience the two weeks of complete stress of dealing with this company just for some letterhead and envelopes. ...read more
