I have going to NW Nails for 4 or 5 years. The staff are always friendly and professional. I love the little flowers they freehand on my nails. My pedicures look good for almost a full month. I have brought many of my friends here and they continue to return too. I found that generally I don't need an appointment, but I may wait a bit. Well worth it. I went to Northwest Nails for a fill, after receiving my full set there 2.5 weeeks ago. I was not impressed at all! I had a 4:15 appointment and they finally got me in about 4:50 after they took 2 walk-ins before me. The gal I had was rude and pushy and made me bleed twice - once on each hand. She did it so fast, I was out of there in about 25 minutes. My nails look horrible! They have lines from the first set and when I questioned them she said it wasn't from her, but from the person who did the original set. The person who did the original set was her coworker!!
