I live in a Townhome and the location of my furnace and water heater is in a very small closet. I opted to get the high effeciency furnace. The lead installer had to get creative in how to put it in such a small space but he took the time to draw out a plan and in the end it worked out great. I have been happy with both my new furnace and a/c and water heater which I also had replaced by them at the same time. I like how twice a month they send a reminder notice to have the furnace/ac checked which reminds me I need to replace the filter.
