This company was referred to us by Realator co. in Jan. They did work on our house 3 weeks prior to us moving in and then unit broke and they stated they DON'T warranty their work. Less than 30 days! But we still called them into service unit and get estimate for new one and they overcharged hours and charged us their hourly rate for mileage too..but phone book has them local! So then they make over $2000 and NEVER even get unit fixe! . No bill until march..she said that was from another dept. Then wanted to talk to owner, they said he would call in 2 weeks. NEVER called. 6 weeks later, another bill MORE finance charges. Called again and spoke with lady who said she can not reach my husband..yet I gave her MY email and MY cell. Realator office was receiving yelling calls from Strandlund wife re: matter too. What kind of co. yells at customer referal No longer will they use this company and I am hoping to send check and NEVER deal with them either. F cust Svc. F integrity.
