I parked in their parking lot around 9.30 AM, one guy came and told he is a worker there and said the pay machines are not working and took $8 cash from us. I didnt check the machine as i was late to work and i noticed others paying him in cash and he had handful of cash. After i came back from work i noticed a citation attached to my windshield as fine of $25. i explained the workers there and he was negligent to answer me. he just showed the phone number and asked me to call. The customer support was very bad that no one answered the call. I had to pay the fine of $25. very bad management as they are not taking any responsibility and no cameras to monitor the fraud people in the lot. i will never park there again. ...read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Don't ever park here unless you want your personal items stolen from your car. The people who work at this ramp have a little theft ring. They watch for valuable items in your car when you come into park and then while you are trying to have a nice dinner, steal the items from you car. I was parked for less than 2 hours and had 1 item stolen from my car within those 2 hours. My doors were locked and no windows were broken. There was nothing valuable in sight.
