ive been using helpful hands transportation for a few years now and im upset to say that recently they have been off im not sure because of company problems or way to busy I tried for ever to call back for a return ride and after 20 min of no answer I gave up and that told me I was done using them for my medical rides,im going to request another transportation company and pray there professional and answer there phones and get me to my appointments ontime as well as pick me back up bringing me home!helpful hands has failed me and my family and I dont see myself using them again no I will or would not suggest this company to anyone!some of the drivers age great no english but great yes I will miss them but not the operator russian guy who controls all calls,i wish this company the best but im done and moving on I cant take the errors anymore! ...read more

Master Transfer's Driver backed in crooked into our Brand New Dock shelter damaging it. It's been 5 months and they refuse to pay for the repairs, nobody will return my calls. We only want to work with upright ethical companys. Begining today no Masters Transfer trucks are allowed on our docks. A letter will be going out to all of our Customers and Vendors that NO MASTER TRANSFER TRUCKS WILL BE ALLOWED AT OUR DOCKS. Good Luck and Best Wishes if you use this company. ...read more
