I recently made my first visit to a Your Exchange check cashing store after a very frustrating experience at Wal-Mart. Originally, I had attempted to go through Wal-Mart to cash my check and was unsatisfied. Their customer service was poor, there was no privacy, and the cashier wasn't able to cash my check because their machine couldn't read it. Frustrated and running out of time, I made my way to a Your Exchange and found my experience to be the complete opposite. Not only did they cash my check with no problems, but they were very friendly and handled their business in a very curtious and professional manner. Fast and easy they take care of all my bills and cash my checks they even have free money orders on thursday and fridaycant get much better than that. :) not sure what james is talking about ...read more
